We worked with Paper Artist Laure Devenelle to imagine end-of-year shop windows entirely made of paper. Handcrafted snowflakes assembled to form the Jonak monogram take center stage in this poetic and airy display. To enhance the Christmas magic, mirrored effect podiums adorn the space, topped with our ideal pairs of shoes for your celebrations or everyday wear!

Laure Devenelle, born in 1986, is a Paper Artist/Scenographer/Visual Artist who lives and works in Paris. During her studies, Laure discovered a passion for paper and the scope she could infuse into it. Through this fragile, elegant, and subtle material, she mainly creates wall installations and volumetric sculptures. Laure considers herself an artist-craftsman, with craftsmanship being essential to her creative process. She begins with a search for the material, in line with the Art & Craft movement, and then explores color. She tames paper by rehabilitating handcraft and drawing inspiration from traditional folding techniques (Origami) and cutting techniques (Kirigami). She is particularly inspired by nature and the graphic lines surrounding us. She pays special attention to repetitive processes and ornamentation. She enjoys giving relief and color to our environment, acting as a paper scenographer—sculpting, transforming, and animating it through various technical and graphic play. She creates landscapes—a new way to approach and dress space.

In a time when the role of French in the fashion industry is under discussion, we've conceived an Advent Calendar in the form of Instagram giveaways celebrating the richness of the French language, particularly its idiomatic expressions. From December 1st to December 24th, discover a giveaway every day recreating, word for word, French expressions.
