You can choose between two return options:
Prepaid DHL return label
You can request a prepaid DHL return label through our Global-e Returns Portal.
Return shipping fee from the United States: $15
Simply print your prepaid return label and attach it securely to the outside of your package.
The $15 return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Ship your return yourself
You may also return your order using a carrier of your choice. In this case, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your refund has been processed.
We remind you that the return shipping costs remain at your charge or are deducted from the amount of your refund depending on the option chosen:
Return inspection
Once your return is received, our Quality Department will inspect the item(s).
We cannot accept items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale.
If your return does not meet our return conditions and is refused, we will notify you by email.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order.
If you used our prepaid DHL return service, the $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
